Cement-In-Cement All-Polyethylene Tibial Revision: A Report of 3 Cases.

In instances of tibial component debonding, if specific criteria are met, revising to an all-polyethylene tibia with retention of the primary cement mantle is an alternative to revision surgery with cement extraction and implantation of a modular metal-backed tibia.
