The outcomes of postoperative eye patching after cataract surgery in patients with Fuchs' endothelial corneal dystrophy.

Avoiding eye patch post-operatively after cataract surgery in patients with FECD results in better corneal clarity recovery and reduced corneal edema one month post-operatively. Visual acuity and endothelial cell's loss were not influenced by patching.
