The original article described difference of total Δ 9 -THC contents determined by gas chromatography with flame ionization detection (GC-FID) and high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection (HPLC-UV). We presumed that this difference was mainly caused by peak overlapping of Δ 9 -THC and presumptive cannabielsoin (CBE) isomer on the GC chromatogram.
