Patients who have ACL reconstruction with quadrupled semitendinosus suspensory femoral and tibial fixation have comparable muscle strength and knee function to those who undergo ACL reconstruction with four-strand semitendinosus-gracilis suspensory femoral fixation and a bioabsorbable tibial interference screw.
