Measurement of vascular flow at the subcoracoid fat triangle using SMI facilitated the diagnosis of adhesive capsulitis. Superb Microvascular Imaging was superior to PDUS in diagnostic performance. Vascular flow was negatively correlated with the range of motion of external rotation and forward flexion.
