Oromucosal nabiximols is generally well tolerated by paediatric patients. However, three cases of hallucinations were observed, one of which involved auditory hallucinations and a suicide attempt. Oromucosal nabiximols versus placebo did not reduce cerebral palsy/central nervous system injury-related spasticity.
