Comparison of Lateral and Central Achilles Tendon-Splitting Approaches in the Treatment of Haglund Deformity.

In our study, we found the lateral approach and central Achilles tendon-splitting approaches to be safe and effective in the surgical treatment of Haglund syndrome without clinically meaningful differences in outcomes or complication rates.
