The study identified 2 major themes: 7 subthemes and 10 categories. Study participants faced different challenges, mainly hopelessness, anxiety, a lack of caregiver, isolation, a shortage of medications, poor communication between the patient and health care provider, and a lack of health insurance. Therefore, we recommend giving psychological support, improving communication between patients and health care professionals, and ensuring health insurance.
