Clients attending CHW-DCM demonstrated better stability in care and treatment adherence than SoC, and the risk of LTFU was not increased. These findings demonstrate the potential of CHW in delivering community-based HIV services in the local Tanzanian context. These results could be used to extend this CHW-DCM model to similar settings.
