Pseudomonas sp. strains MWU13-2100 and MWU13-2105 were isolated from a wild cranberry bog with Pipestone loamy coarse sand soil in Truro, Massachusetts, and taxonomically assigned based on whole-genome sequences. The draft genomes are most closely related to P. batumici (41.4% and 41.8% dDDH d4 ), but with only 50.8 dDDH d4 to each other.
