Drug-related problems in cancer patients: A systematic review.

Drug-related problems are significantly more common among cancer patients. The age, polypharmacy, multiple comorbidities, and the stage of the malignancy all enhance the risk of acquiring drug-related problems. This review raises awareness of drug-related problems, encourages their early detection, and emphasizes the necessity for framing effective drug-related problem management strategies which will enhance patient care.
