A considerable proportion of patients have DFI and HDFI. The independent predictors of DFI were younger age, lower pre-EVT NIHSS score, higher PC-ASPECTS, and absence of sICH. Predictors of HDFI included younger age and lower pre-EVT NIHSS score.
