Use of active learning and simulation to teach pharmacy students order verification and patient education best practices with oral oncolytic therapies.

This study describes the development and implementation of a flipped classroom learning activity and use of real-life patients with cancer that can be implemented at other institutions of higher education in a didactic or experiential learning environment. Additionally, this study demonstrated a potential benefit in student learning.
