Initial skeletal traction with subsequent delayed THA may be a viable treatment option in select pregnant female patients who sustain both-column acetabular fractures. Interdisciplinary collaboration is necessary to optimize maternal-fetal health and provide patient education of procedural risk to enable informed decision making.
