This study has shown that an increase in the number of cases for peer-review audit corresponded to the QART-facilitated TPRMs. Application of the PRAT has identified radiation treatment plan modifications that would otherwise go undetected and without opportunity to improve the quality of patients' treatment or avoid harm.
