Ameloblastomas appear to exhibit a homogeneous profile regarding the BRAF p.V600E no matter what histological feature is observed under light microscopy, suggesting that this molecular test may contribute to establish the correct diagnosis in cases microscopically resembling other odontogenic lesions.
