The tilt and decentration of the crystalline lens, hydrophilic IOL, and incomplete capsulorhexis-IOL overlap were risk factors for clinically significant IOL misalignment. Clinicians could use a prognostic nomogram model based on the preoperative lens position to make a strategy for higher-risk patients.
