This retrospective study, addressing peri-operative surgical outcomes for RPLND surgery in Australia, is comparable to high-volume international urological centre studies, and shows that centralisation of post-chemotherapy RPLND to an experienced surgeon, results in low perioperative morbidity and mortality.
