Angioma serpiginosum (AS) is a rare, benign vascular condition that typically presents in childhood and is generally localised, with an asymmetrical distribution. Here we report two cases of earlyonset extensive and symmetrical AS. Case 1, a female, had AS affecting all four limbs by the age of 5. Case 2, a male, had particularly progressive AS with involvement of his scalp, face, neck, chest, abdomen, upper limbs and lower limbs by the age of 5.
