Optical coherence tomography angiography of central serous chorioretinopathy patients' response to breath-holding manoeuvre.

These results suggest that CSR pathogenesis is related to an imbalance in local vascular regulation and the sympathetic activity of the autonomic nervous system. This technique constitutes a new way of studying retinal vascular changes and may be applied to CSR patients.
