The usefulness of T1WI with chemical shift selective images in detecting radial migration lines was demonstrated. Our findings suggest that the combination of T1WI with chemical shift selective images, T2WI, and FLAIR would be useful to evaluate the CNS lesions of patients with tuberous sclerosis complex in daily clinical practice.
