Coronary artery occlusion flap: An unusual case of spontaneous coronary artery dissection.

This patient's presentation of a dissection flap intermittently occluding the LMCA demonstrates an abnormal manifestation of SCAD. Increased awareness of this presentation is imperative to ensure future cases are correctly identified and managed.
