Our study demonstrates a low rate of thromboembolic complications in unruptured aneurysms treated with LEO Baby stent. Thromboembolic events appear to be more common in ruptured aneurysms. A small diameter of the parent artery is associated with an increased risk of thromboembolic complications, and more relevant studies are still needed.
