OCT Results in Myopia: Diagnostic Difficulties in Clinical Practice?

Myopic patients with greater than -2.50 D have to be examined using OCT with their contact lens or glasses corrections in the case of borderline data. Uncorrected myopic eyes show a thinner RNFL and GCL and smaller disk areas, which may mislead ophthalmologists.
