Providing non-invasive screening choices can augment participation in programs for colorectal cancer screening. The success of a screening program depends on having tests with acceptable performance, but also on the willingness of the target population to take part. This study showed that offering non-invasive tests, options significantly increase compliance to colorectal cancer screening.
