Thalamic nuclei volumes and network in juvenile myoclonic epilepsy.

We found that there were significant alterations of thalamic nuclei volumes and intrinsic thalamic networks in patients with JME compared to healthy controls. These findings might contribute to the underlying pathogenesis of in JME.
