Concordant MEG results are associated with favorable seizure outcomes. Bilateral lesions on MRI independently predict unfavorable seizure outcomes in patients with concordant MEG results while longer seizure durations independently predict unfavorable seizure outcomes in patients with dis-concordant MEG results.
