High spectral and spatial resolution MRI of prostate cancer: a pilot study.

The feasibility and potential diagnostic utility of HiSS MRI in the prostate at 3 T without an endorectal coil was confirmed. Weak correlation between well-performing markers indicates that complementary information could be leveraged to further improve diagnostic accuracy.
