Bis(benzo[ h ]quinolin-10-olato-κ 2 N , O )bromidomanganese(III).

The title compound, [MnBr(C 13 H 8 NO) 2 ], consists of a manganese(III) atom, which is coordinated by one bromido and two benzo[ h ]quinolin-10-olato ligands. The Mn III complex exhibits a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry with the Br ligand in the apical position. Neighbouring complexes are held together by π-π inter-actions and weak C-H⋯Br hydrogen bonds.
