Burst frequency and incidence exceeded normative values in only ~53% and ~33% of patients. Such diversity encourages selective deployment of sympatho-modulatory therapies. Clinical characteristics can highlight individuals who may benefit from future personalized interventions targeting pathological sympathetic activation.
