Malignant transformation of a mature teratoma of the ovary is a rare event, but not exceptional. HIPEC was used after optimal cytoreduction, with good results, since the patient is in a disease-free period of 36 months. It is necessary to report cases in order to compare different types of treatment to improve oncological results.
