With the use of iCT-navigation, the rate of accepted screws at the revision site was found to be comparable to that at the virgin site. We concluded that iCT-navigation could achieve high accuracy and safety for transpedicular screw placement in revision spinal surgery and allow for the immediate revision of unaccepted screws.
