Endovascular treatment in BAP patients seemed to be associated with long-term safety and efficacy with a 5-year overall survival rate of 92.8%. Adequate immunosuppressive treatment was essential for BAP patients to prevent aortic pseudoaneurysm recurrence and improve the prognosis.
