• There is limited evidence on the impact of cardiac motion on radiomics features of CMR cine images and the reproducibility of the radiomics features of CMR cine images. • Radiomics features of non-enhanced CMR cine images greatly vary during the cardiac cycle, and the number of "reproducible" features shows significant variations according to the cardiac phases. • The impact of cardiac cycle on the reproducibility of the radiomics features should be considered when employing CMR cine images radiomics.
