Osteosarcopenia was an independent recurrent and prognostic factor in patients after pancreatectomy for locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Appropriate postoperative PERT may contribute to a better prognosis by improving sarcopenia and increasing the completion rate of adjuvant chemotherapy.
