We present a case with non-convulsive status (NCSE) in which density spectrum array (DSA) illustrated "three little seizures." The conventional EEG was not useful. However, DSA revealed three seizures lasting for 30-40 seconds with a gradual decrease in frequency, along with the temporal frequency change. The present case highlights the usefulness of DSA in detecting NCSE, particularly in cases where there is no typical rhythmic and periodic pattern.
