[Homocysteine and markers of endothelial dysfunction in multiple sclerosis].

The results of the study suggest a possible association of hyperhomocysteinemia with high process activity and disease progression, as well as with mechanisms of neurodegeneration. Determination of homocysteine concentration may be one potential marker for predicting the course of the disease.
