Absence of the Susceptibility Vessel Sign with Cancer-Associated Hypercoagulability-Related Stroke.

The absence of the susceptibility vessel sign was more frequent in CAH-related stroke than in cardioembolism. These findings could potentially be helpful for clinical management and differentiating cardioembolism and CAH-related stroke.
