Core services of intensive case management for people with mental illness: A network analysis.

Based on these findings, we speculated that there are at least five types of core services in ICM: regular face-to-face contact, outreach services, hospital-based services, easy contacts and coordination. These findings clarified the features of ICM programs, which may help improve the understanding of case managers' practice.
