Echocardiographic estimates demonstrate reasonable association with invasive PAPM and strong ability to identify PH in HF. However, none of the algorithms outperformed recommendation-advised TRVmax . The incremental value of echocardiographic estimates of right atrial pressure may need to be re-evaluated.
