T cell-dependent tumor control. Our findings implicate that pharmacological modulation of caspase pathway increases the tumor-intrinsic innate sensing and immunogenicity of chemotherapy-induced apoptosis, and synergizes with immunotherapy to overcome adaptive resistance.
