Clinical interventions to prevent early childhood caries: A Systematic review with network meta-analysis.

Fluoride foam, fluoride salt, probiotic milk plus low fluoride toothpaste, fluoride varnish and fluoride varnish plus high fluoride toothpaste are effective in reducing caries increment or caries incidence in preschool children, but the certainty of evidence is low. Considering the relatively small number of studies, confidence level of the results and study limitations, readers need to be cautious when interpreting the NMA results.
