Using deep learning, we automated precise measurements of kidney histomorphometric features. In the reference kidney tissue, several histomorphometric features demonstrated significant correlation to patient demographics, SCr, and eGFR. Deep learning tools can increase the efficiency and rigor of histomorphometric analysis.
