suppressing the Wnt/β-catenin pathway, modulating MMP-9 and TIMP-1, and inhibiting multiple profibrogenic factors, besides its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. Therefore, fisetin is a promising therapeutic candidate for hepatic fibrosis.
