Large sternal exostoses presenting as stridor: A surgical and anesthetic challenge.

The case was successfully managed by initial femoro-femoral cardiopulmonary bypass under local anesthesia before the induction of anesthesia to prevent respiratory collapse, followed by debulking surgery was done.
