A pathognomonic pattern for PsA diagnosis was not identified; however, we demonstrated some characteristic capillaroscopy findings for PsA, such as decreased capillary density, reduced blood flow and fewer crossed vessels in OCTA and presence of NVC microhaemorrhages.
