Temozolomide plus PARP Inhibition in Small-Cell Lung Cancer: Could Patient-Derived Xenografts Accelerate Discovery of Biomarker Candidates?

Effective options are limited for patients with small-cell lung cancer who develop progressive disease during or after etoposide plus platinum-based therapy.
