The association of psychosocial stressors and psychiatric disorders with fatigue in systemic lupus erythematosus patients.

Psychosocial stressors and psychiatric disorders were significantly associated with fatigue in SLE. Histories of major personal disease and changes in eating habits were also significantly associated with fatigue in the LLDAS participants. Therefore, early recognition of these factors is necessary to manage and prevent fatigue in SLE patients.
