Within an electronically assembled cohort of patients in primary and cardiovascular medicine clinics with linkage to detailed health records, wearable device use is common. Most users perceive value in wearable data. Our platform may enable future study of the relationships between wearable technology and resource utilization, clinical outcomes, and health disparities.
