Prognostic Impact of EBUS TBNA for Lung Adenocarcinoma Patients with Postoperative Recurrences.

The clinical practice of EBUS TBNA is not only for diagnosis, but also for nodal staging. We found that lung adenocarcinoma patients with recurrences who received EBUS TBNA had better overall survival. Therefore, EBUS TBNA is a reliable and feasible tool that could be used in lung adenocarcinoma patients with recurrences for early diagnosis and for adequate tissue specimens for further molecular analysis.
